About Me
Having spent over 10 years working as a social service volunteer and professional, I know intimately the emotional toll and burnout that can come along with community work. I strive to provide a safe-enough, compassionate and collaborative space where you can explore your experiences, process your emotions, and find greater balance and resilience. I am committed to social justice and believe in addressing the broader social and cultural contexts that impact mental health.

I hold a Master of Science in Counseling from San Francisco State University and am a licensed Marriage & Family Therapist with over 10 years of experience. My journey into therapy was fueled by a deep passion for social justice and healing and a desire to support those who dedicate their lives to making the world a better place.

In our sessions, you will find a non-judgmental, inclusive environment where your experiences and feelings are honored. Together, we will work on developing new coping strategies, processing unresolved past experiences, and building a stronger connection between your mind, body and spirit. My goal is to empower you to continue your vital work with renewed energy and resilience.

When I am not in the office I am dancing, cooking, singing karaoke, volunteering, taking walks and spending time with friends. I love animals and spend a lot of time with my chihuahua mix, Sasha. She is a great teacher of how to have fun, deeply rest, take in the sunshine, play and give love freely and often.
